JUST FOR FUN ~ WHEN PIGS FLY

I'll be back with 'serious' photography next week. Right now, enjoy the metal creatures! LOL

In this country, April 1st is a day for playing tricks on others. We call it April Fools Day. Everyone has a good laugh. And I hope this photo makes you laugh as well. These giant metal pigs and a rooster were standing guard in front of an antique shop on Westheimer Blvd in the Montrose area while my wife and I rode past on our bicycles.     haha! they are wonderful! beautiful idea!!

    In Germany there is a similar custom at 1 April - many people, but also newspapers and television stations think up a story that is not true, but it must sound so good that one believe. We call it, send someone in the April.
